Transform was founded by Barbara
McCrory, who noticed a need in the
marketplace for basic, sound advice
and training. She holds an MBA and a
Degree in Marketing and has over 20
years’ experience at Director level
in business development, sales,
procurement and business
consultancy. She has dealt with some
of the biggest brand names:
companies such as Tesco, Mars,
Unilever, Dolmio, Heineken, Hellmans,
Flora, Nivea and Walkers. Barbara’s
experience has shown her the
importance of good customer service
and the high cost, in both
profitability and loss of business,
of not delivering it; she has now
started a Doctorate researching how
to change organisations towards
focusing on Customer Service.
